The Break
Lowers is the main break at Trestles — the one that hosts a World Surf League Championship Tour event every year, the one the pros fight for a spot in the lineup to surf. Walk the half mile in from the San Onofre bluffs past the old railroad trestle and you’ll find it. The most consistent, most contested, most photographed wave in Southern California.
The Cap
The Lowers name embroidered across the front of a low-profile corduroy cap. Soft and lightweight with an unstructured six-panel crown, cotton twill sweatband, adjustable strap with gold metal buckle. The kind of hat that goes on without thinking and packs flat for the trip.
